LineFlow ("we", "our", or "the app") is a puzzle game offered by Shpwi. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the LineFlow mobile application (including on Android and iOS).
By using LineFlow, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following:
- Account information — If you sign in with Google, we receive your display name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this to identify your account and to display your profile in the app.
- Game progress — Level progress (e.g., unlocked levels, current level) is stored locally on your device. We do not upload this to our servers unless we explicitly add a sync feature later.
- Coin balance and transactions — Your in-app coin balance and purchase/use history may be stored locally and, where applicable, linked to your account for restore purposes.
- Purchase data — When you make in-app purchases, the payment is processed by the platform (Google Play or App Store). We may receive transaction identifiers and product information to grant coins and support "restore purchases." We do not store your payment card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the game (e.g., level progression, hints, undo).
- Manage your account when you sign in with Google.
- Fulfill and restore in-app purchases (coins).
- Improve the app and fix issues (e.g., crash or analytics data, if we use such tools).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Third-Party Services
LineFlow uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
- Google Sign-In — For authentication. Subject to Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Play / Apple App Store — For in-app purchases. Subject to the respective store’s privacy and payment terms.
- Our backend (e.g. gapi.shpwi.com) — For account and purchase-related operations. We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties for marketing.
5. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Account and purchase-related data may be transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secure servers. Data stored only on your device (e.g., level progress, local coin cache) is subject to your device’s security and our app’s access controls.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your region, you may have the right to:
- Access or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or update your data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7. Children
LineFlow is not directed at children under 13 (or higher age where required by law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from such users. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this page (e.g. privacy_policy.html or the URL referenced in the app) and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of LineFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
